2.1 Event Cancellations by Client

If you decide to cancel your participation in any event organized by Adgully Network Pvt Ltd, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the timing of your cancellation. We encourage you to carefully consider your availability and commitment before making any purchase.

2.2 Event Cancellations by Adgully Network Pvt Ltd

In the unlikely event that an event is canceled or rescheduled by Adgully Network Pvt Ltd, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, we may, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following options:

Transfer to a Future Event: We may provide you with the option to transfer your ticket or booking to a similar event scheduled in the future, subject to availability. Credit for Future Services: We may issue a credit equivalent to the amount paid, which can be applied towards future events or services offered by Adgully Network Pvt Ltd.

2.3 Force Majeure

Adgully Network Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any refunds or compensation in the event of cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

3. Advertising Services Refund Policy

3.1 Advertising Campaign Cancellations

Once an advertising campaign is booked and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued. This applies regardless of whether the campaign has commenced or if the client wishes to cancel the campaign after booking.

3.2 Campaign Modifications

Should you wish to modify an existing advertising campaign (e.g., changing ad content, targeting, or duration), such requests must be submitted in writing. While we may accommodate reasonable modifications, no refunds or credits will be provided for changes that result in a perceived decrease in value or effectiveness.

3.3 Performance Guarantees

Adgully Network Pvt Ltd does not guarantee specific outcomes or returns on investment (ROI) from advertising campaigns. As such, dissatisfaction with campaign results will not be grounds for a refund.

4. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

4.1 Exceptional Circumstances

In certain rare and exceptional circumstances, Adgully Network Pvt Ltd may, at its sole discretion, consider offering a refund or partial refund. Such circumstances might include: Demonstrable errors on our part that significantly impacted the quality or delivery of the service. Legal obligations that necessitate a refund.

4.2 Refund Request Process

To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, you must submit a written request to contact@adgully.com within 7 days of the event or service delivery. Your request should include:

Adgully Network Pvt Ltd will review your request and respond within 14 business days. Any decision made regarding refunds in exceptional circumstances is final and does not set a precedent for future cases.

5. Non-Refundable Costs

5.1 Third-Party Fees

Any fees or charges incurred from third-party payment processors, banks, or other intermediaries during the transaction are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or refund request.

5.2 Taxes and Additional Costs

Any taxes, service fees, or additional costs paid during the purchase process are non-refundable.
