Leadership. We hear the word with such regular intervals that we often take it for granted. But, it
is a cardinal sin to discount the role leadership plays in an organisation. In fact, it is not just
limited to the precincts of the business world alone; it has a pertinent role to play in any field of
human activity, be it politics or personal relationships. Good leaders set the direction, and go on
to inspire and empower their team to achieve goals, even in challenging times. Talking about
challenges, will there be any bigger challenge than what we saw in the form of the pandemic? But
then there was a silver lining, as always! It is heartening that our leaders surmounted those
challenges with consummate ease. They taught us ways to adapt, innovate, and excel. That is the
ch
spirit that essentially enables us to go on, come what may!
It is this spirit that we want to imbibe, the spirit of leading from the front with the spirit of
togetherness, and resilience. We are here to celebrate that spirit. Powerful Influencers is
Adgully’s humble attempt to capture and spread that spirit.
