€2.736 Billion Revenue, €338 Million Profit: Havas Announces Record 2024 Results

Havas has announced record financial results for 2024, reporting net revenue of €2,736 million, a 1.5% increase year-over-year. The company also achieved a record adjusted EBIT of €338 million, up 3.4% from the previous year, with an adjusted EBIT margin of 12.4%.

Despite a -0.8% organic growth rate, Havas benefited from a 2.5% boost to net revenue from acquisitions. The company's net income attributable to the group reached €173 million.

Regional performance varied:

  • Europe: Net revenue increased by 1.2%.
  • North America: Net revenue declined by 6.6%.
  • Asia Pacific and Africa: Net revenue increased by 1.1%.
  • Latin America: Net revenue surged by 14.7%.

Havas reported a net cash position of €211 million. The company's 2024 cash flow generated by operating activities was €254 million.

For 2025, Havas has reaffirmed its guidance, projecting:

  • Organic net revenue growth above 2%.
  • Adjusted EBIT margin between 12.5% and 13.5%.

The company also confirmed its medium-term targets for 2028, aiming for an adjusted EBIT margin between 14.0% and 15.0%.

Havas has proposed a dividend of €0.08 per share, representing a 5.2% yield. Additionally, the company plans a share buyback program of up to 10% of its issued share capital and a reverse share split of 10-for-1.
