A no budget film earns $60 mn

When the world is facing the heat of global meltdown and films are not doing so well, a horror movie made in just $ 15000 has grossed 60mn.

"Paranormal Activity' a horror flick was directed by novice director at his home in one week with two unknown actors and a handheld camera.

It cost so little ($ 15,000) that it has been dubbed a "no-budget'' production.

It has grossed over $60 million and is on its way to crossing $ 100 million during Halloween weekend, when horror sells well.
