ABBY Awards 2024: Leo Burnett gets top honours; FCB shines; ZEE leads Broadcaster ABBYs

Day 2 of Goafest 2024 wrapped up with Abby Awards 2024 Powered by One Show presented by Dangal TV for Broadcaster, Public Relations, Design, Direct, Technology, followed by Abby Awards 2024 Powered by One Show presented by Sharechat & Moj for Digital & Digital Craft, and Mobile categories.

A total of 2 Grand Prix, 18 Gold, 56 Silver, and 70 Bronze Metals were awarded. Additionally, 70 merits were also acknowledged on Day 2.

Leo Burnett India walked away with top honours on Day 2 bagging the coveted awards for:

• Digital Specialist Agency of the Year
• Technology Specialist Agency of the Year
• Mobile Specialist Agency of the Year
• Direct Specialist Agency of the Year

Leo Burnett’s total metals tally stood at 26:

• Digital – 8 metals (2 Golds, 4 Silvers, 2 Bronzes)
• Technology – 7 metals (2 Silvers, 5 Bronzes)
• Direct – 5 metals (2 Silvers, 3 Bronzes)
• Mobile – 3 metals (1 Gold, 1 Silver, 1 Bronze)
• Public Relations – 3 metals (1 Gold, 2 Silvers)

FCB Group India was adjudged Public Relations Specialist Agency of the Year as well as Design Specialist Agency of the Year. The agency also took home two Grand Prix awards – one each in Direct ABBY and Technology ABBY.

• Digital – 6 metals (1 Gold, 2 Silvers, 3 Bronzes)
• Public Relations – 4 metals (1 Gold, 3 Silvers)
• Technology – 3 metals (1 Grand Prix, 1 Gold, 1 Bronze)
• Direct – 2 metals (1 Grand Prix, 1 Silver)
• Design – 2 metals (2 Bronzes)
• Mobile – 1 metal (1 Silver)

Broadcaster ABBYs

In Broadcaster ABBY OneShow Awards 2024, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited was declared Broadcaster of the Year, winning a total of 18 metals that included – 2 Golds, 10 Silvers and 6 Bronzes. Zee Entertainment Enterprises’ ZEE Kannada took home 13 metals, which included – 1 Gold, 4 Silvers and 8 Bronzes.

Placed in third position was TV18 Broadcast Limited, which won 1 Gold.
