ad2c, a leading provider of advanced mobile marketing and innovative solutions for the Indian market, today announced the appointment of Harish Nair as the Chief Strategy Officer and Pradeep AJ as the Business Director, respectively.

Harish Nair’s experience in the digital arena spans beyond a decade which includes the role of Partner - Invention at Mindshare in his last stint. There, as the Digital Lead West he had been pivotal in Mindshare’s domination of the digital category in India. He was responsible for setting the digital vision and road map to ensure that the advertisers’ marketing investment in digital translated into clear results. An Engineer from the Kerala University & MBA from XIME, Bangalore, Harish started his digital journey with BOTW, a self-styled start-up. He is also a trained digital media trainer.
As the CSO at ad2c his mandate is to help brands improve the quality of their conversations with their audience with mobile at the core of the communications strategy.
Pradeep AJ started his career with digital B2B startups in 2002, while working at Jobstreet.com & Dice.com, managing sales & marketing for their India operations. In 2008, he joined Mindshare to manage the Digital Media practice for brands from various sectors like Beverages, Fashion & IT. His profile boasts of several Industry awards & recognitions for the innovative strategies for Kingfisher, Allen Solly & Lenovo. An MBA from VTU he strongly believes that Mobile is the newest mass media & has the potential to become the most influential mass media of all time.
At ad2c his mandate is grow the digital business in South India while positioning mobile as the core offering for advertisers.
