Anand Dewan Appointed as the Group CEO of BLD

Yogesh Sood, CMD of Blanchard and VitalSmarts India announced today that Anand Dewan has been appointed as the CEO of BLD Group. In this role he will jointly lead the Blanchard India, Vital Smarts and DOOR Training and Consulting India. Commenting on Mr. Dewan's appointment, Mr. Yogesh Sood said, "I have enormous respect for Anand Dewan and his extraordinary talent and capabilities. Anand joins BLD from NIS – Sparta (Reliance Group Company) where he was leading the company as Chief Business Officer. NIS is one of the oldest training brand of the country known for its capability for managing large training roll outs with consistency & quality an experience that will certainly come in handy for Anand in scaling BLD to newer heights.

Anand was one of youngest a certified Sr. Trainer from Raytheon - Arlington, Texas. he is also a Certified OD Practitioner from Indian Institute of Organizational Development with extensive exposure in Designing, Developing, Deploying and Demonstrating Business Impact of Learning Solutions across diverse  businesses & cultures.
