AnyMind Group launches GenAI Live commerce platform-AnyLive
AnyMind Group, a Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) leader for marketing, e-commerce, and digital transformation, has launched AnyLive, its GenAI-powered live commerce platform.
Designed to revolutionize live commerce, AnyLive enables brands to conduct virtual live streaming in multiple languages without geographic or time restrictions. Leveraging generative AI, AnyLive creates virtual avatars tailored to reflect brand identities, which can stream continuously to present products and drive sales across languages such as English, Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Bahasa Malaysia, Vietnamese, and Tagalog, with more languages in development.

Similarly, NIL CO., Ltd. saw improved live commerce returns for its SUNA brand in Thailand and Malaysia, leveraging insights to blend AI and human streamers for a more robust strategy.
AnyMind’s new platform also includes AI-driven script generation and real-time automated responses, as well as operational support for brands through data analysis. Brands can also access AnyTag, AnyMind’s influencer marketing platform featuring over 790,000 influencers, to enhance engagement during high-traffic streams.
