Author Rohit Arora celebrates the success of 'TRANSGANIZATION'

After enthralling experts with his earlier works, author Rohit Arora is back with his third book titled‘Transganization- A guided tour to organizational transformation.’ To celebrate the triumph of Transganization, Rohit Arora along with publisher, Times Group Books had composed a special evening bursting with a reading session, LIVE discussion, in-depth analysis of some successful instances followed by a sneak-peek into the surprises awaiting the readers in the Second Edition. This rendezvous took place at Title Waves bookstore on 30th November.

 

TransGanization, the book is a collection of Rohit's thoughts on how operationally organizations face growth trajectory problems. The content also gave an explanation on the strategic approach to molding organizational dynamics when the organization is moving to a more structured way of working from a free energy set-up.

 

The event was graced by a panel consisting of Mr. Jawed Habib (Founder and MD, Jawed Habib Hair & Beauty Ltd.), Mr. Arun Kejriwal (Financial Analyst & Proprietor, Kris Capital) and Mr. Mahesh Nayak (Senior Editor, Business World). The author was eager to read out excerpts from this business oriented book that demystified the changes within the organization and advised in layman terms on the steps to handle such changes.

 

The book comes along with an interactive DVD and is priced at Rs. 225. The book has been published by Times Group Books and is available with all leading bookstores.
