Barzakh, the Zindagi Original fantasy drama directed and written by acclaimed filmmaker Asim Abbasi and produced by Shailja Kejriwal, has been awarded GOLD, for the Best Program Trailer and Best Key Art at the renowned Promax Asia Awards 2024. This win has added a feather to Barzakh’s glorious cap as earlier this month, the show was nominated for the Best Drama Series category at the Asian Academy Creative Awards 2024 and was also recognized in the Top 5 nations at the award ceremony. The popular drama series is set in the breathtaking Hunza Valley and revolves around the heartfelt story of a 76-year-old man who shocks his estranged family by announcing his engagement to the ghost of his first love.
