BBDO leads Indian shortlists at AME with 7

Asian Marketing Effectiveness (AME) Festival has announced their shortlist across 28 categories.  BBDO India has 7 shortlisted entries.  This is followed by Ogilvy with 3.  Ogilvy Action, JWT Mumbai, Times of India, Mediacom and Lowe Lintas have 1 each.

 

BBDO India has been shortlisted for work on P&G, Gillette India and Plan India.

Gillette’s ‘Everyday Soldier’ campaign has 4 in the shortlist while P&G’s ‘Thank You, Mom’ has 1. Plan India has 1 shortlist.

 

Speaking about the news, Josy Paul, Chairman and Chief Creative Officer says “The AME awards are the 'Oscars' for effectiveness in our business. We are thrilled to be nominated for 7 awards. We will be lighting more 'diyas' in our ashram as we seek the blessing of the reputed jury. May the best work win.”.

The winners of the awards will be announced at the awards night on Thursday 9th May 2013 in Shanghai.
