BFSI Digital Stallions Forum forays into recruitment services!

BFSI Digital Stallions Forum; India’s first forum exclusively for the financial services space has launched a recruitment service specifically for digital marketing requirements within the B.F.S.I. Sector

The forum, which was launched last year, aims at providing a common platform to Chief Marketing Officers, Brand Heads and Digital Marketing teams of Financial Services companies to network, discuss issues and challenges and meet industry leaders

Speaking on the intent behind starting the recruitment division, Paurush Sonkar, Digital evangelist for the B.F.S.I. Sector and Founder of the forum said, “Digital Marketing in general has witnessed an explosion of new genres such as social media, mobile, etc. These genres are not just relatively new but also need specialized skill sets to carry on the tasks effectively. Also the nature of B.F.S.I. Sector is such that prior know-how about the sector is a big advantage. It is this very need that we aim to service through the recruitment division. With the kind of response that this unique forum has elicited from the Industry, it was a logical extension for the forum to cater to the distinctive needs of the B.F.S.I. Sector on the basis of our in depth understanding of the same.  ”

The forum now has 24 companies from the B.F.S.I. Fraternity as its Member spanning genres such as Banking, Life Insurance, General Insurance, Mutual Funds and Money Management

With the first two round-tables of the forum receiving enthusiastic response, it now boasts of prestigious partners from the Industry such as Ad Magnet, Reputome, Money Control and Times Internet. The founder of the forum, Paurush Sonkar is a digital evangelist and has been associated with Digital Marketing in the financial services space for close to a decade now
