1 -  Could you share a brief review of Blur India and explain its mission in the beauty industry?

Blur India was born during the 2022 lockdown, to revolutionize the Indian beauty market. Recognizing a gap for homegrown brands catering to Gen Z, we set out to fill this void. Our mission is to combine high-quality formulas with a touch of humor, making the daily grooming routine an enjoyable experience. We stand for inclusivity, clean beauty, cruelty-free practices, and realistic beauty standards, promoting the joy of having fun with makeup.

2 - What inspired you to start Blur India in 2022, and how did you identify the gap in the market? Blur India has received rave reviews all over the internet and is considered an internet favorite—what do you attribute this to?

Ans- The lockdown period was a time of reflection for many, including myself. I realized there was a significant gap in the Indian beauty market, especially for Gen Z. There were very few homegrown brands that truly resonated with their unique personalities and aesthetics. This inspired me to create Blur India, a brand that combines high-quality formulas with a touch of humor, making the daily grooming routine a joyful experience. The rave reviews and our status as an internet favorite can be attributed to our commitment to quality, inclusivity, and engaging with our audience in a relatable way.

3 - Since its inception, Blur India has seen rapid growth. What do you attribute this success to, and how has the team evolved?

Our success can be attributed to our dedication to quality, innovation, and a strong foundation. We started with just three members in 2022 and have now grown into a team of over 50 across various departments. This expansion highlights our commitment to building a robust infrastructure and significantly impacting the beauty industry. Our team's passion and hard work have driven our growth.

4 - Could you share some insights into Blur India’s digital marketing strategies and how they connect with your target audience?

Digital marketing has been instrumental in Blur India's growth. We leverage social media platforms to engage with our audience, share our brand story, and showcase our products.

Influencer collaborations have also been key in reaching a wider audience and building credibility. Additionally, we focus on creating relatable and engaging content that resonates with Gen Z, ensuring we stay connected with our target audience and their evolving preferences.

5 - What are Blur India's future goals, and how do you envision the brand's evolution in the coming years?

Looking ahead, we aim to become one of the leading makeup brands in the mid-segment category within the next five years. We are dedicated to continuous growth and innovation in the beauty space. Our vision is to create products that not only meet the evolving needs of our customers but also inspire them to embrace their individuality and have fun with makeup. We're excited about the future and the opportunities it holds for Blur India.
