Bullhorn acquires Mployee for accelerating digital transformation
Bullhorn has made a strategic move to enhance its capabilities in the staffing and recruitment industry by acquiring Mployee. This acquisition aims to leverage Mployee's Salesforce-based solutions to provide a comprehensive, end-to-end enterprise solution for Bullhorn customers using the Salesforce platform.
The announcement suggests that centralizing recruitment activities on a single platform, especially with the efficiency of Salesforce, has become increasingly important for agencies facing economic uncertainties, pricing pressures, and a decrease in job orders.
This acquisition highlights Bullhorn's growing success as the largest independent software vendor (ISV) for Salesforce serving the recruitment industry. The significant increase in the adoption of the Salesforce platform, particularly in Europe, reflects the industry's recognition of the benefits of streamlining operations through a unified platform. The reported growth in Bullhorn's revenue on the Salesforce platform at an average annual rate of nearly 30% since 2019 underscores the positive impact of this strategy.

Bullhorn products on the Salesforce platform are currently used across 40 countries, including by four of the five largest global recruitment agencies. By combining Mployee’s middle-office capabilities with Bullhorn’s front-office, Bullhorn can offer a true enterprise-grade, end-to-end solution built on the Salesforce platform. This solution will help solve a myriad of front- and middle-office challenges inhibiting agencies’ growth and differentiation.
