Cairn India conferred the Platinum Award of LACP

Cairn India Limited has been conferred the 2011 Spotlight Awards (Platinum category), Global Communications Competition, instituted by the League of American Communications Professionals LLC (LACP). This award recognises global excellence in the field of communication by the leading practitioners of the communications and Public Relations Industry.

Nine out of the top 10 Fortune 500 companies including Walmart, Exxon Mobil, Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase, Chevron, GE, HP, IBM, and many others participated.

Our entry - the Cairn India Annual Report was termed "remarkable and outstanding in the light of tremendous competition from more than 1500 submissions across several countries and 400 entities" and received an almost perfect score of 99 out of 100.

We are possibly one of the few, if not the only organisation in India to develop all its communication materials in-house, including our Annual Report.

- Platinum Award for excellence on development of the Annual Report
