The DLC Global Hospitality Summit 2024 is poised to change this narrative, guiding Indian hospitality professionals towards international eminence. Esteemed chefs and hospitality moguls will impart invaluable insights into achieving global success, sharing entrepreneurial wisdom, dos and don'ts, and addressing barriers hindering global recognition. A focal point of the summit will be the accolade bestowed upon six distinguished Indian-origin chefs, recipients of coveted Michelin stars. Among them are Chef Manjunath Mural, Chef Cyrus Todiwala, Chef Mano Thevar, Chef Chetan Shetty, Chef Sameer Taneja, and Chef Suvir Saran, whose achievements have propelled Indian cuisine onto the global stage.

Curated by Jimmy Mistry, Chairman of Della Resorts and Founder of Della Leaders Club, in association with Shafquat Ali- Trikaya Media, the Summit will explore the prospects and challenges faced by the Indian hospitality sector in carving a niche internationally.

Renowned personalities including Rashmi Uday Singh, Rohit Khattar, Varun Totlani of Masque, Regi Mathew of Kappa Chakka Kandhari, Chef Manuel Olveira Seller of La Loca Maria, Chef Pooja Dhingra of Le15, Chef Amninder Sandhu of Bawri, Vinesh Johny of Lavonne Hospitality, and Peter Overy, former MD of IDEO, among others, will share their inspirational journeys in transcending boundaries.Chief Guest Sanjeev Kapoor, the culinary maestro, will further illuminate the summit with his invaluable perspectives and expertise.
