Chang and Shibani give a flawless 'I Can Do That' act in scorching heat!

Meiyang Chang who has bowled the audiences with his anchoring, singing, acting and hosting skills, performed a unique ‘Creative bubble act’ with Shibani Dandekar on Zee TV’s fascinating weekend reality show, ‘I Can Do That’!  This visually appealing act was presented by this talented duo by practicing for merely 3 days. Presented for the first time on Indian television, audiences will be surprised to know that  the talented actors pulled this act off at scorching temperature of 50 degrees and on a day that it was declared that it was the hottest day recorded in the month of October in Mumbai! Both performers did not get hassled by the intense heat and proved that ‘They can do it’ despite facing many hurdles.

While rehearsing for the act, Shibani Dandekar developed an allergy to the soap but that did not deter the actress to stop and mesmerized the audiences dressed beautifully as a mermaid. The temperature set-up to 50 degrees was a mandate to enable the bubbles to rise and float. People on the set were restless due to the extreme heat while Chang and Shibani were rehearsing in that set-up for 3 days! The act was all about bubbles within bubbles, swirling bubbles and there’s  an instance were Chang and Shibani were seen within the bubble! They performed on the classic song ‘Pehla Nasha’ which left the viewers in awe!  Chang added, “The act was super fun and it was great working with Shibani! The only glitch was the unbearable temperature and the time constraints.”

Shibani, who was on medication while rehearsing for the act, says, “This act gave me rashes! But on a serious note, it was a very challenging and fun act to be done in such a short time. Working in a high temperature set-up would leave us dehydrated and our coaches ensured that we had enough liquid throughout the day. The audiences loved it and that is when you know that our hard work has paid off.”

Undoubtedly, this act was a tough one on ‘I Can Do That’! Kudos to Chang and Shibani for having pulled this off effortlessly. Chang and Shibani’s mesmerizing performance in  ‘I Can Do That’  will be telecasted on 24^th October 2015 at 9 pm only on Zee TV!
