Model and environmentalist One of Thailand's most renowned architects, Duangrit Bunnag, shows viewers a hidden village nestled in the middle of the city, where locals live as they have for more than a hundred years. We step into the kitchen of Bo.lan and meet two young chefs who are using innovative ingredients to put a new spin on traditional Thai dishes.

Forget the tourist markets. Instead we find out where the locals really shop. We step into the boutique of one of the country's talented young fashion designers - Pim Sukhahuta.
