Colgate-Palmolive re-appoints three Directors
Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited announced the re-appointments of three directors following a Board of Directors meeting. The decision, which follows a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is subject to approval by members through a postal ballot.

Gopika Pant as Non-Executive, Independent Director for a second term of five consecutive years, effective from May 21, 2025, until May 20, 2030. Pant has over 39 years of legal experience and is dual-qualified in India and New York, USA.

Sekhar Natarajan as Non-Executive, Independent Director for a second term from May 21, 2025, until December 13, 2028. His term will continue until he reaches the age of 75, in accordance with the company’s policy on retirement of directors. Natarajan has extensive experience in the agriculture and rural sector.

Surender Sharma as a Whole-time Director for a period of five consecutive years, effective from May 21, 2025, until May 20, 2030.Sharma is currently the Vice President Legal, Company Secretary, and Compliance Officer at Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited.
The company stated that the aforementioned directors are not debarred from holding office. Approvals for the re-appointments of Gopika Pant, Sekhar Natarajan, and Surender Sharma will be sought through a postal ballot process, with the cut-off date for determining members eligible to receive the Postal Ballot Notice and for e-voting set for Friday, March 21, 2025.
