Court rejects Dabur's complaint

Dabur, which already has a product Odomos - mosquito repellant had filed a complaint against Godrej asking for a stay against the TV ad claiming that the ad portrayed other repellant creams not being skin friendly, while Good Knight with Natural ingredients was safe on skin.

But after Godrej issued the statement, the court upheld right of Godrej Sara Lee to extol the virtues of its products and dismissed Dabur's application.
