DDB Group Melbourne has announced the promotion of Matt Pearce to Chief Strategy Officer, recognizing his instrumental role in shaping the agency’s strategic direction. Pearce, who joined in 2021 as Head of Planning, has been a key force behind DDB Melbourne’s insight-led approach, driving strategic thinking across DDB, Mango, and Tribal.
