Discovery Science to reveal the 'Secrets of the Earth'

Discovery Science to bring yet another programme to tickle the curious minds in the country. Secrets of the Earth, the latest show will provide answers to questions that have eluded everyone for ever. It will reveal life’s greatest mysteries and smallest wonders.

Secrets of the Earth is a broad-based new Science series that explores our own planet with same sense of awe and wonder normally reserved for alien worlds. Secrets of the Earth shows Earth in a never seen before way with high- end computer graphics, fun visual analogies and a recurring cast of dynamic experts combined for a stunning new perspective to the world that we think we know.

Secrets of the Earth will air on April 1, 2014 at 9 PM only Discovery Science.

This series will take advantage of a shift in NASA priorities toward studying our planet. Increasingly, satellites intended to study outer space are being turned back toward Earth-revealing stunning new imagery of our planet’s surface, oceans, atmosphere, gravity and all the amazing processes that keep our planet and us alive. Reading beyond the realm of earth sciences, we will compare the attributes of Earth to other planets and moons.
