CARFELLAS lifts the veil on the used car business through the eyes of reformed convict Mike DeLucia, and his crew at Broadway Motors, near New York. Mike has made some mistakes in his life and spent a few years behind bars. Upon release he decided to make an honest living in the used car business. Starting Broadway Motors, Mike DeLucia is joined by his two man crew, Tommie and Mario.

Mike runs the car yard and is obsessed with moving inventory. He generally keeps the guys in check; his goal is to open a shop which only sells classic cars. Mario knows cars inside and out and is a skilled appraiser with a keen eye. Tommie is the muscle of the operation with a special love for cars.

Selling used cars is a tough job at any rate, but that's before the tempers flare and practical pranks are played. Will Mike and his team be able to keep their cool long enough to run a thriving classic car dealership?
