Divvyshot iphone app

Divvyshot, a winter 2009 Y-Combinator company that enables photo-sharing with greater ease, has launched the new Divvyshot iphone app to facilitate this continuum. With its web service launched in private alpha in March this year, Divvyshot, yet to go public, still enables subscribers of its new iphone app to sign up for an account.

Divvyshot-integrated with photo sites Twitter, Flickr, and Facebook- enables the user to upload photos from his iphone- after of course, managing his photos from the website.

The iphone app is reminiscent of features of the Iphone. One simply has to shake the accelerometer and the GBS devices together and accept the photo transfer and photos get streamed into the users' iphones. These automatically get stored up, in turn ,on both the website and the app.

Divvyphone is currently updating its webclient and is in the process of launching an alpha version of its desktop client by which the user can sync his photos in the computer to the Divvyshot account
