Dopplr, a leading provider of virtual try-on solutions for apparel brands selling online, has announced that it t has secured $750,000 in funding led by Cornerstone Ventures , with participation from U.S. headquartered BAT VC. The fresh capital will be strategically deployed to scale Dopplr's operations across an extensive range of apparel categories, which include sportswear, lifestyle, and innerwear brands for identifyiing its impact in the ecosystem. This expansion intends to significantly lead to reduction in return rates within the online apparel space, fostering a more sustainable and cost-effective industry model for all stakeholders.

Founded in 2020, Dopplr's innovative virtual try-on technology empowers online apparel brands to offer a photorealistic 3D experience for their customers. This interactive solution allows shoppers to create digital twins, determine their ideal size for each product, and visualise how the clothes would appear on their own bodies. This personalised approach also generates valuable behaviour data that captures detailed customer shopping habits online.
