EFactor partners with Soho Loft; to Offer Expert Funding for Global entrepreneurs

EFactor Corp. the world's largest entrepreneurial community, today announced its partnership with New York based The Soho Loft (TSL), a global event platform that strives to promote and advance strategic and diligent mainstream and alternative investing for start-ups, entrepreneurs and SMEs. The new partnership will provide EFactor Corp. entrepreneur members with exclusive access to financial and funding experts and speakers for the company’s global events.

EFactor is a social network and virtual marketplace connecting over 1 million entrepreneurs and 25,000 investors both on and offline throughout the world. With its custom built matching algorithm, EFactor helps entrepreneurs to develop, build, grow and improve every aspect of their business, from securing funding and building a supply chain, through to sales and marketing and acquisition and mergers.

David Drake, founder and CEO of The Soho Loft commented, "The momentum of organizing events with EFactor’s 1,000,000 plus members globally will give us the reach to educate more people and more rapidly, on how to leverage the JOBS Act and specifically how to use crowd funding for start ups. The vision of EFactor is exactly the direction we want entrepreneurs to share. It starts with education and EFactor is increasing its footprint globally with 100 plus events a year. The Soho Loft will fuel that with new tools and corporate strategy. We encourage the crowd sourcing services out there to reach out to us and see how we can get you involved with us and EFactor".

Marion Freijsen, Co-Founder and COO of EFactor added, “We are delighted to be partnering with The Soho Loft, to be able to increase the value of services we can offer to the EFactor entrepreneurial community. Crowd funding is an excellent option for start ups, making use of online and offline networks to attract informal and professional investors to invest in their idea or company. The idea behind crowd funding is to generate investments from the masses, and get lots of small amounts of money from a large number of individuals.”

TSL seeks to provide relevant education and visionary leadership training in the areas of capital formation, crowd funding, angel networking, non-conventional funding, eb5 green card programs, micro-finance, venture capital, private equity and hedge funds. All creative investing solutions are focused in allowing start-ups and SMEs to optimise all opportunities to grow their business through product/service/market/human resource innovation while seeking to do so in a socially and environmentally responsible manner. All of which are directed to creating a new part to socio-economic prosperity.

Marion Freijsen continued, “This new agreement with The Soho Loft gives EFactor members exposure to the people driving the funding space and will supply expert speakers at our events on funding and financing topics around the world. EFactor’s aim is to help entrepreneurs to grow their business and we will continue to seek strategic partnerships with leading experts to bring more expertise and knowledge to improve our social platform for our members.”

Jacinta Shabong, Head of Marketing, Asia for EFactor quotes, “The partnership is geared towards highly enterprising companies by not only allowing US listing opportunities but avenues for foreign strategic advisory services on expert capital formation. Presented as a premium offering here in India, the partnership promises to go a long way in building entrepreneurship in India and should prove to be a path breaking one if leveraged well.”
