Film fever catches Sajan Re Jhoot Mat Bolo cast!

Sumeet Raghavan, who plays Apoorva shah in Sajan Re Jhoot Maat bolo along with the other characters, is starring in a movie. Well don’t get astonished as this is new track on Sajan Re will surely enthrall viewers and promises to be packed with loads of fun and entertainment.

 

Well it turns out that the movie is actually a part of the story within the serial where the family members con the conman to get back their properties. As the story unfolds on Sajan Re Jhoot Maat Bolo, Apoorva aka Sumeet Raghavan and his family were tricked by Mohit into giving him all their material possessions including their bungalow. They were left with very little time to get their property back. Hence, they convince Mohit to act in a movie. In the whole process every character dons a different getup and become a significant member of the crew. The movie being made is a hilarious spoof of various other movies.

 

Raju - Rajiv Thakur will be seen playing American film director -Steven Cameron, Tiku Talsanai plays role of Dhisum Anna a fight master from South India, Mugdha Chapekar will be donning a designer’s hat-Sandra from Bandra, Paresh plays role of Amar Akbar Anthony and Usha will be enacting the role of a Producer.

 

Sumeet Raghvan aka Apoorva said that, “This is such a great experience. It is fun seeing everyone dressed as some other character within a character. It is interesting to see how people have changed. They have different costumes, different styles of speech. I am looking forward to seeing this episode go on air. I am sure our viewers are going to enjoy it thoroughly!”

 

Melissa Pias aka Pinky D’souza, “My on-screen character is the one who is draped in sari all the time. But in reality I am dressed in anything but saris. I could act freely and be myself even while shooting, so it was fun!”

 

Tiku Talsani aka Dhirubhai says, “I am dressed like a typical south indian person. In a way it is absolutely apt for me as it is hot and I just cannot stand the heat. I am beating the heat with lungi and baniyaan. It’s keeping me cool and comfortable. In fact the women on the sets saw me and even started whistling.”
