Former Chief Justice AP Shah on NewsX

NewsX, soon to be re-launched in its new avatar as IMN News, will telecast an exclusive interview with Delhi's former Chief Justice - AP Shah on its weekly show 'Straight Talk'. Scheduled to be aired on NewsX on Saturday at 8:30 pm, the show will shed light on some of the most controversial and embedded issues like Corruption in Indian Judiciary System', 'National Litigation Policy' and more during the course of discussion.

Says, AP Shah, "Corruption in the judiciary is far more serious than corruption in the executive or the legislature. Particularly in the lower judiciary, it has reached a disturbing level and there are cases of corruption even in the higher judiciary. Though I feel it is still marginal but former Chief Justice Barucha said 10% of judges are corrupt. Unfortunately I would like to say that corruption has increased."

The show will be aired on Saturday, July 10, 2010 at 8.30 pm.
