Former Costa Coffee CEO Sreejit Nair joins 4700 BC as CEO

Sreejit Nair, who previously served as the CEO of Costa Coffee (under Devyani International’s master franchise), has been appointed as the chief executive officer of 4700 BC.

Nair began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he led the modern trade division and played a key role in integrating Wella and Gillette into P&G’s main business. He later joined Henkel in Dubai as a trade marketing manager for a brief period before returning to India.

In 2008, he joined PepsiCo but took a short break in 2011 to establish Integer, a shopper marketing agency, in India as its managing director. He rejoined PepsiCo in 2012 as the head of national modern trade.

In 2015, Nair transitioned to the beverage industry with Raw Pressery. Following its acquisition by Wingreens World, he was elevated to chief operating officer at Wingreens.
