The series which is divided into 8 engaging episodes traces the journey of Flintoff as he goes head on with seasoned players to test his skills. Freddie travels across North America meeting each episode’s celebrity challenger on location to fight the ultimate challenge that lies ahead.  As the competitors reach the main event, the rivalry between the two men increases in intensity as both are desperate to claim victory.
