Gaurav Banerjee to head Star Plus' content

Star India VP programming regional channel - Gaurav Banerjee has been elevated and made the head of content strategy.

Gaurav Banerjee has been given responsibilities of the content of its flagship channel Star Plus. He was Star India VP- programming regional channel.

Gaurav will assist Star India COO Sanjay Gupta, who is also taking care of the Hindi general entertainment channel.

According to the reports, after losing the number one position the channel is also doing all kinds of experiments to regain the position and change of profile is one of them.
