Gayatri Yadav joins RIL as Group CMO & EVP Strategic Initiatives

Gayatri Yadav has been appointed as the Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Executive Vice President (EVP) of Strategic Initiatives at Reliance Industries Limited (RIL). In this capacity, she will be part of the Chairman’s Office, leveraging her extensive three-decade experience in marketing, brand management, and consumer strategy.

She will collaborate closely with Mukesh Ambani, Nita Ambani, Isha Ambani, Akash Ambani, Anant Ambani, and other key members of the Executive Committee and organization to strengthen brand presence, drive innovation, and enhance consumer engagement.

Prior to joining RIL, Yadav was the Chief Marketing Officer at Peak XV Partners (formerly Sequoia Capital India & SEA), where she played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s brand and communications strategy. Earlier, as the CMO of Sequoia Capital India & SEA, she contributed to brand positioning and thought leadership for startups and investors in the region.
