Google innovates Google Goggles for global benefit

To be specifically used with its Android 1.6 camera, this device helps people identify objects- landmarks, works of art and products- with clarity through the use of a camera instead of a keyword. Unfortunately, it doesn't identify food, animals and cars too well.

Google's Goggle is still at a nascent experimental stage at Google Labs and according to the VP Google Engineering, visual searches can be made as easy-and as efficient -as pointing a finger.

Google has demonstrated the Goggle through a video.

Google's new features this week include real time and Japanese voice search.
