'Health Maange More with Anjali Mukerjee' on FOODFOOD Channel
FOODFOOD, India’s most gastronomically loaded food and food lifestyle channel will launch its second season of Health Maange More on April 5. The show will be called ‘Health Maange More with Anjali Mukerjee’ as the show is hosted by popular Chef Shantanu Gupte and renowned nutritionist Anjali Mukerjee. It will be aired every Monday and Thursday at 1pm only on FOODFOOD Channel.
What’s new in this season of Health Maange More? Every episode is now built around a theme where Dr Anjali Mukerjee and Chef Shantanu Gupte discuss lifestyle problems faced by people in their everyday life. Anjali Mukherjee will discuss the symptoms and control of these problems through Food while Chef Shantanu cooks tasty yet healthy recipes based on the same theme. Some of the topics that will be discussed include handling sugar cravings, weight loss, detoxifying, cholesterol problems, diabetes, acidity, heart burn and many more.
