Heather Killen and Agnes Touraine to quit ITV

The two non-executive directors of the board of British broadcaster ITV have reportedly put in their papers.

Britain's biggest free-to-air broadcaster has announced the resignation of the two executives. This move has come forth after the appointment of new chairman Archie Norman.

The two resignations are followed by another senior independent director James Crosby, He will be replaced by Mike Clasper.

But the replacements for Heather and Agnes have yet to be announced.
