India Digital Awards & Digital Responsibility Awards honour digital trailblazers

The Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI) announced the winners of the India Digital Awards (IDA) and Digital Responsibility Awards (DRA) at the India Digital Summit, held on January 16-17, 2025. These awards recognize exceptional contributions to digital innovation and efforts to bridge the digital divide across the country.

In its 15th edition, the IDA celebrated digital excellence across four categories with 47 subcategories. Notable winners included:
• Dilip Asbe, Managing Director & CEO of the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), awarded Best Digital Person of the Year: Impact Legend for his transformative contributions to the digital domain.
• Alakh Pandey, Founder & CEO of PhysicsWallah, named Best Digital Person of the Year: Growth Catalyst for driving ventures that accelerate growth and success in the digital sector.
• Aadit Palicha, Co-Founder & CEO of Zepto, honored as Best Digital Person of the Year: Digital Trailblazer for pioneering innovative approaches and setting new benchmarks in the industry.
• Jar, recognized as Best Digital Start-Up of the Year, for its impressive growth since its inception in 2020 and its promise to make a significant industry impact.

Digital Responsibility Awards 2025
IAMAI’s DRA highlights efforts by enterprises to bridge the digital divide and promote inclusivity. The awards, presented in eight categories, showcased initiatives addressing critical societal challenges.
