Infiniti Retail clicks on-the-net with new Croma e-retail store

Infiniti Retail Ltd, a 100% subsidiary of Tata Sons, today announced their foray into the e-commerce arena with the launch of Cromaretail.com. Croma's new online avatar was launched by Mr. Ratan Tata, Chairman, Tata Sons in the presence of Mr. Cyrus Mistry, Deputy Chairman, Tata Sons, Mr. RK Krishna Kumar, Chairman, Infiniti Retail Ltd. and Director, Tata Sons and Mr. Ajit Joshi, CEO & MD, Infiniti Retail Ltd, in Mumbai.

Croma is India's first large format specialist retail chain for consumer electronics and durables, promoted by Infiniti Retail Limited. Leveraging the strong distribution network of Croma's 72 stores pan-India, this new e-commerce platform will empower the aspirations of consumers, creating access and experiences across the country.

Keeping in mind the company's philosophy of "We help you buy', the virtual store will be stocked in real time for extensive product offerings. The site also has comprehensive buying guides and expert tips and reviews to help make informed purchases decisions. Other important factors like after sales service will be available for both online and brick-and-mortar stores.
