IRS 2011 Q4: Samanya Gyan Darpan enters in top 10 magazine's list

Amongst top 10 dailies Vanitha, the Malayalam magazines continues to be on top even in this quarter with 2,516,000 as compared to 2,590,000 last quarters. The next three positions are secured by Hindi magazines. Pratiyogita darpan shows fall down 2,025,000 to 2,001,000 so as Saras Salil declined from 1,941,000 to 1,768,000. At no. four position Samanya Gyan Darpan makes new entry in IRS with 1,678,000. At fifth position its English magazine India Today which reported decline from 1,636,000 to 1,611,000. Meri Saheli at no. six reported a slight rise from 1,209,000 to 1,213,000, whereas Malayalam Manorama at no. seven showed decline from 1,307,000 to 1,206,000. Hindi monthly magazine, Cricket Samrat reported decline from 1,159,000 to 1,154,000 at no. eight. General Knowledge Today showed slight rise from 1,087,000 to 1, 092,000 at no. nine position, whereas Karmakshetra Bengal weekly magazine too reported growth from 1,047,000 to 1,090, 000 being at no. ten.
