Jagran all set to announce the acquisition of Nai Duniya!

The Nai Duniya acquisition by Jagran group which has been making news for past couple of months now is set to be announced soon. According to the sources close to the development at Nai Dunia, the sales planning and execution is still going on at Jagran Prakashan.

The deal would be announced shortly with an official announcement soon.

Nai Dunia's Delhi edition on March 29, 2012 published that the daily for Delhi & NCR/ Ghaziabad would not be circulated for few days, due to some unavoidable reason. As Jagran Prakashan is about to take over Indore- based Nai Dunia Group of Publications, resulting in shutting down Nai Dunia's publication in Delhi-NCR/Ghaziabad publication.

Sources informed that, "As Jagran Prakashan and NaiDunia is still discussing on the finer prints of the acquisition, the rumours on shutting down NaiDunia Delhi started doing the rounds."However as per our sources we know the Nai Duniya Delhi has been posting loses so it was inevitable at some point to shut it down. and relook at their strategy going forward still it has some equity in the said market
