JetSynthesys unveils Chennai Franchise Owners for GEPL Season 2

JetSynthesys, a trailblazer in digital entertainment and technology, has announced the onboarding of industry leaders Gopal Srinivasan, Chairman of TVS Capital Funds Limited, Madhusudanan R, Co-founder of M2P Fintech, and Arjun Santhanakrishnan, Group CEO of GS Global, as the owners of the Chennai franchise in the second season of its flagship tournament, the Global e-Cricket Premier League (GEPL).

This collaboration highlights Chennai’s intrinsic connection to cricket, reflecting its cultural and emotional ties to the sport. The addition of these visionary leaders is set to elevate the league, merging their passion for innovation with GEPL's mission to redefine cricket in the esports domain.
Hosted on JetSynthesys’ popular Real Cricket app, GEPL offers the most authentic cricket simulation experience for mobile users. The inaugural season saw over 200,000 registrations, culminating in an intense competition between the top 64 players across eight teams. Season 1, which was streamed on JioCinema, achieved a cumulative reach of 70 million+ and over 1.1 million minutes of viewership.

 The second season of GEPL promises a revamped team format, updated guidelines, and heightened competition, building on the immense success of its debut edition. The finals, scheduled for January 2025, will crown the next e-Cricket Icon, solidifying GEPL's stature as a global esports phenomenon.
