Kiara Powar teams up with Luke Coutinho for new diabetes video series

Kiara Powar, renowned as a bold advocate for diabetes awareness and the youngest sportscaster in India, has launched a groundbreaking video series aimed at debunking myths and clarifying facts about diabetes. In collaboration with Luke Coutinho Holistic Healing Systems (LCHHS), a network of expert nutritionists founded by India's leading integrative health specialist Luke Coutinho, Powar seeks to address the widespread misconceptions surrounding diabetes management.

Diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at just 2 years old, Kiara Powar leverages her personal journey and interactions with others facing similar challenges to drive the series, aptly titled "Ask a Nutritionist." This initiative underscores the importance of obtaining accurate, science-backed advice from experts rather than relying on misinformation.

The inaugural season of "Ask a Nutritionist" features Shimpli Patil, the Head of Training and Chief Nutritionist at LCHHS, who brings extensive expertise in lifestyle and nutritional management.
