Leader 2.0 – Stage set to felicitate India’s most successful emerging leaders

“The single biggest way to impact an organization is to focus on leadership development. There is almost no limit to the potential of an organization that recruits good people, raises them up as leaders and continually develops them."
-  John Maxwell

As India is transforming and making her mark in the global scene, the requirement for efficient and dynamic leaders has never been more pertinent. Spotting good leader potential and mentoring them has always been a challenge for most organisations as the employment market is very volatile and there is severe attrition across the board. The loss of intellectual capital can disrupt a growing company. So, organisations across have huge challenges in retaining their emerging leaders and nurturing them. Organisations or companies who fail to groom their leaders and retain them will be left behind in the race.

Only a small percentage of the workforce possesses the natural ability to lead or manage effectively. This is where companies need to earmark a sizable budget for formal leadership development training, personal coaching and sending people for higher skill development courses. Some are born leaders, but for a majority it is an acquired skill. So, all efforts should be made to invest in training to build leaders within the organisation.

There will always be shortage of good leaders in every organisation, but it is up to the leadership at the helm to take up the onus of spotting talent and motivating them to be leaders of tomorrow with the right mentoring and training inputs.

We, at Adgully, seek to recognise the emerging leaders of India with our newest endeavour – Leader2.0. The first edition of Leader 2.0 Conference and Awards 2022 will be held today afternoon (January 24, 2022) from 2 pm onwards virtually.
