Lokmat Group restructures its teams

Lokmat Group has undergone restructural changes as two companies within the Lokmat Group have merged.

The restructuring exercise was aimed to build a strong corporate and functional team.

Speaking on the restructuring Jwalant Swaroop Director ' Advertising & Business Development said that restructuring is important for us in many ways. I am glad that we have concluded this huge exercise.

Roles are well defined for individuals which ofcourse will bring immense focus in all functional areas aiding our future growth. Lokmat has already acquired a size which requires a profound team both at corporate and functional level and I am sure this team will help us achieve the desired results and goals that we have set for ourselves.

Ajit Nair GM - West has been promoted as AVP- West and South Markets. Anu Berry GM ' North has been promoted as AVP ' North and Central India. Kshitij Chandra takes over as GM ' AIM. G.

Veeranna has been promoted as GM - South. Hemant Joshi has been promoted as Sr. GM, Corporate Sales, Pune.

The restructuring and promotions has not been restricted only to the sales but has been across the board and functions. O. P. Kela has been made VP. Mohan Joshi becomes VP - Finance, Vasant Aware becomes AVP Circulation. S. S. Khare and Shailesh Chandiwal both become AVP 'Finance, Balaji Muley becomes GM - HR & Admin.

Dilip Tikhle becomes Executive Editor Lokmat Nagpur and N. K. Nayak takes charge as Executive Editor Lokmat Times.
