Mahesh Shetty has been appointed as the Head of Client Engagement and Cross-Screen Leverage at JioStar, a pivotal role in driving the company’s multi-platform advertising strategy. With over 20 years of experience in media and sales, Shetty brings a wealth of expertise to his new position.
Before joining JioStar, Shetty served as Head of Network Sales at Viacom18, where he successfully led network sales strategies and forged key client relationships. His career also includes significant leadership roles at Radio Mirchi, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, further bolstering his industry knowledge.
In his new role, Shetty will focus on strengthening client partnerships and enhancing brand engagement across JioStar’s diverse platforms, including television, digital, and OTT. He will be responsible for ensuring a seamless advertising experience across multiple screens. Shetty will report to Ajit Varghese, Head of Revenue, Entertainment and International, JioStar, and collaborate closely to drive the company’s revenue growth.
