Maxus announces key organisational changes

In an official mail sent to Adgully, Maxus has announced some senior level changes. Kartik Sharma has been promoted from General Manager-Mumbai to Managing Partner level. He will now also be involved in growing Maxus regionally and building on the Maxus Product ' Relationship Media. Sharma has been working with Maxus since 2007 and had joined the agency as its Mumbai head.

With the above change, Maxus Mumbai will now be handled by two General Managers ' Vidyadhar Kale and Rajendra Dwivedi. Kale was earlier Client Leader on Vodafone. He will now be handling the Vodafone and L'Oreal businesses. Dwivedi, who was earlier Client Leader ' New Business Development, will now be handling businesses like TataSky, Fiat, Parle, IDBI and Allianz, among others. Both will be reporting to Kartik Sharma.

In a related development, Swati Mohan has been promoted to National Director Level, heading the Branded Content division (ESP) nationally. She joined Maxus last February and was instrumental in setting up the ESP division within Maxus, apart from building GroupM's ESP team's support structure. Mohan already has a team of three people across cities to help focus on the use of content, entertainment field and sports for Maxus clients.
