Karkare co-founded Social Wavelength in 2009, which was later acquired by WPP. Over the years, he held multiple leadership roles, serving as Co-founder and EVP until February 2024, before becoming Managing Director. His remarkable tenure spanned nearly 16 years, leaving behind a legacy of innovation and growth.
