Mirchi Santa Claus works for a Cause!

A small gesture goes a long way in making a difference to the lives of others. Donning the role of Santa this Christmas, Radio Mirchi has made a pledge to help the children afflicted from cancer. This year, the Mirchi Santa asks listeners to come forward and contribute toys and books so we can put a smile on their faces and make their lives more cheerful.

In a noble initiative titled “Mirchi Santa Cause’, Mirchi listeners are invited to donate gifts like snakes and ladders, scrabble, ludo, jenga, cycles, football, colouring books and crayons and any new and exciting toys! The Samaritan listeners and Mirchi Santa will come together and spread happiness and cheer this festive season.

All the Mirchi listener has to do is visit Mirchi office in Lower Parel to drop off their gifts or call 26178899 – Team United to get the gifts collected. Alongside this activity, Radio Mirchi will also spread awareness by inviting expert doctors from Tata Memorial who will spread the message of hope that cancer is curable, especially paediatric cancer.

On the eve of Christmas, the Mirchi RJs will dress up themselves as Santa Clause, visit the Tata Memorial hospital and make it a memorable day by handing over the gifts collected to the cancer-afflicted children.

Join in the festive cheer and enlist your support for the ‘Mirchi Santa Cause’ campaign.
