Neha Phale joins VVF India Limited as Head of Corp Comm

Neha Phale, formerly with Huhtamaki India Limited joins VVF India Limited as the Head of Corporate Communications.   In this role, Neha Phale will lead corporate communication efforts, with a focus on  driving transformation, refreshing the brand, and implementing strategic  communications to adapt to the evolving landscape. She will play a key role in  enhancing the company’s communication strategies, ensuring they align with VVF’s  objectives, and strengthening its presence within the industry. 

Speaking about Neha’s appointment, Delna Joshi, Chief Transformation Officer, VVF  India Limited, said, “Neha brings a wealth of experience in strategic communications  that will be instrumental as we drive transformation and brand evolution at VVF. Neha has over 15 years of experience in communications and public affairs. Prior to  joining VVF, she held the position of Head of Internal Communications APAC at  Huhtamaki, where she played a key role in strengthening internal communications  across the region. Before that, she served as Head of Public Affairs at Huhtamaki India,  shaping the company’s external engagement strategies. Neha has also held senior  communications roles at companies like Welspun India Limited, Huntsman  International, and Dow Chemical.
