Ola Electric receives formal notice by CCPA over consumer rights violations

Ola Electric has received a formal notice from the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) alleging violations of consumer rights, false advertising, and unfair business tactics. Allegations  include misleading ads and unfair trade practice. Company has 15 days to respond with supporting documents. Notice follows public spat between Ola founder Bhavish Agarwal and comedian Kunal Kamra over after-sales service issues
The CCPA's action comes amid growing concerns over Ola Electric's customer service and quality issues. The company faces scrutiny for potentially misleading consumers and engaging in unfair business practices.
