Om Jha elevated to Director - Global Media Capabilities at PepsiCo

PepsiCo has announced the promotion of Om Jha to Director - Global Media Capabilities, marking a significant step in his career with the company. Jha, who previously served as Director - Media, Data, Marketing Capabilities and Partnerships for PepsiCo in India, will now take on a global role within the organization's Media & Transformation Team.

Prior to joining PepsiCo, Jha built a diverse and extensive career spanning various industries. He began his professional journey at Mahindra Group as a Section Engineer before transitioning to Abbott Laboratories. His experience further expanded with roles at Idea Cellular, KPMG India, Airtel, GroupM, and Disney Star, providing him with a well-rounded understanding of media, data, and technology.

In his previous role at PepsiCo, Jha was instrumental in connecting the company's portfolio of brands with consumers through innovative media, data, and technology strategies. He notably led the procurement and negotiation efforts for advertising and marketing initiatives, focusing on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. His expertise in navigating the complex media landscape played a crucial role in driving PepsiCo's marketing endeavors.
